Sales Executive

£3,500 a month - Based on Commission and salary

JMH Technology UK LTD have over 30 years experience in the electronic security system industry, specialising in the design, installation and maintenance of security systems for large organisations.

About the Role

JMH are seeking a sales executive to work full or part time (to suit child care needs) to introduce our company, to new end users and Electrical Installation contractors.
This person needs to be based around the outskirts of London. Have a full driving license and use of a car.

Due to the nature of the business they must not have any criminal convictions.

Full training will be given on the functionality of products we offer.

Strong interpersonal skills along with a fantastic sales track record, an excellent telephone manner and high self-motivation are required.

The successful candidate will be a confident self-starter who will generate new business.


Work through a list of target clients to call and add new contacts to this list regularly Identify the decision maker in each company and talk to them about their requirements Carry out a high volume of cold sales calls to introduce and offer services Follow up calls and emails with previously contacted potential clients Carry out customer care calls, obtaining feedback, ensuring clients are happy with the service and rectifying any issues Update CRM and other databases (contacts, client lists, call reports, tracking etc.).

Reliable Internet connection Quiet home working environment (between the hours of 09:00-17:00 Mon-Fri) (or from The Harlow Office location) Ability to achieve targets Previous sales experience would be advantageous

Personable, hard working, self-starter with a can-do attitude Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written - the ability to build rapport and generate real conversations as opposed to using aggressive sales techniques Ability to work on own initiative Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong IT Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM,Google Docs)


Great commission structure (the more you sell, the more you earn).

The successful candidate after proving the abilities will have the opportunity to progress within the company.
